CXS (Customer Xperience Simulation) was commissioned by Xandar Ltd, and developed for Colmar Brunton to allow them to conduct online interactive surveys.
Hooked into a product database, and planogram data, CXS completely replicates every aspect of the shopper experience. The system gets shopper feedback on everything from the packaging, pricing and shelf positioning.
A number of studies have already been conducted successfully for some big name companies, such as Fonterra, DB Breweries and Coca Cola, each involving several thousand surveyed respondents.
